We are seeking motivated and capable Produce Handlers (Pick/Packers) to join our Perth Canning Vale Operations & Services team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibility will entail the preparation and fulfilment of orders in accordance with appropriate procedures and customer specification. Further responsibilities will include;
- Following appropriate procedures and specifications including quality control, grading, pre-packing, and weighing.
- Understand the specifications relating to labelling produce. The accurate and complete preparation and receipt of Value Added Batch (VAB).
- Adhere to Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Food Safety processes & procedures as instructed by the Supervisor.

To be successful in the role you will have the following capabilities:

- Flexible to work early morning shifts (6am starts) and weekend work if required.
- Possesses and uses good interpersonal, communication skills.
- Exercises discretion within level of skills, experience and training.
- General awareness, interest and understanding of health safety and wellbeing practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.97 - $22.00 per hour
