We are seeking both part time and full-time, Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our team at Newport Gardens Early Learning Centre. The service is an architecturally designed early years hub conveniently located next to Newport Gardens Primary School. We deliver high quality and inclusive early education and care for children from birth to five.

Position 1: Certificate III and Diploma Educator role, Full time, ongoing position working 38 hours a week on a rotating roster between 7am - 6pm with a monthly rostered day off.

Position 2: Certificate III Co-Educator role, Part time, ongoing position working 3 days a week on a set roster.

We also have 2 Break Cover positions, one working 15hours a week )Thursday and Friday) and one working 27.5hrs a week (Monday to Friday).

What will you do?
- Work collaboratively with your team to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential
- Build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, staff and the local community
- Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation
- Build positive behaviour guidance strategies and provide spontaneous play-based learning experiences to extend on children's learning
- Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis

Essential criteria for a Certificate III & Diploma Educators:

- A Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard
- Current Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
