InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and we are growing. Reporting to the Operations Manager, our Funeral Director Assistants play an integral role supporting our funeral services. This role will offer you new life skills, personal growth and development, the opportunity to earn qualifications and progress your career in a personally rewarding industry.

**Duties of a Funeral Conductor include**:

- Support our funeral services through the provision of vehicle and transport services ensuring vehicle presentation is at a high standard at all times.
- Working collaboratively to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect.
- Oversee proceedings on the day and ensure pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests on the day are appropriately implemented.

**About you**:

- Strong customer service skills and commitment to service delivery
- Able to balance operational and commercial priorities with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
- Able to effectively work with grieving families and the deceased
- A personal drive to make a difference
- Possess a full unrestricted driver’s license
