Housekeeping Manager

Yes Hospitality Group is a leading provider of outsourced housekeeping solutions and services to the accommodation industry and commercial cleaning across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane. We are seeking an experienced Room Site Manager to oversee and manage our Room Attendants team and ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the Room Attendants team, ensuring they are properly trained, supervised, and motivated to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Room Attendants and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to the required standards.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies and ensure they are available for the Room Attendants.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, and take necessary action to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the front desk and maintenance team to coordinate room cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of room status, inventory, and personnel.
- Conduct regular meetings with Room Attendants to provide updates, feedback, and training.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with experience in managing a Room Attendants team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne City VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:
