Operations Manager, Operations Australia

Minimum 6 months experience in role, - Previous experience in leading large, diverse teams, - Experience in employee and performance management experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, - Proven experience in a similar, innovative logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment, - Proven ability in establishing and carry out root cause analysis, and then extract and analyse the data you generate.
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field,
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques,
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills,
- Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons,
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous.
