Experienced Tradesman Plasterer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform plastering tasks including wall patching, repairs, and installations.
- Install suspended ceilings, partition walls, and bulkheads.
- Carry out ornate and decorative cornice installations.
- Repair and replace water-damaged plasterboard.
- Create custom plaster features tailored to client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with work health and safety regulations, as well as our business policies & procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining.
- Proven experience as a tradesman plasterer.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation, required to travel to various job sites in the Macarthur and Southern Highlands areas.
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, equipment and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
- Valid NSW White Card.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to responsibly follow work safe policies and procedures.
- Own tools are essential, though we are happy to provide some if necessary.
