This role is pivotal to our People Experience/HR function and will contribute to employee lifecycle administration tasks. This will include: - Preparing employment offers (using contract templates), internal employee change requests and other HR related correspondence and administration - Maintaining the HRIS (PeopleSoft - Oracle), ensuring a high level of data integrity - Generating reports from our HRIS as requested - Maintaining accurate and complete electronic personnel files - Working closely with our Talent Acquisition and wider People Experience teams **What will you bring**: - HR administration experience or administration experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment - Attention to detail; you can easily prioritise and organise your day - Knack for picking up systems quickly, previous experience with PeopleSoft (Oracle) or a similar HRIS or recruitment system would be amazing - You are a true people person and enjoy engaging with people from all backgrounds both in person and over the phone - Strong computer skills and extensive experience with MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word - Demonstrated problem solving skills to successfully identify problems and develop solution - HR qualification or studying towards is desirable but not essential **How you can apply** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check**, a positive **Blue Card** and a **NDIS Worker Screening Card.** Additionally, in line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
