**An exciting opportunity to work within a recognised Australian Telecommunications company, with a high rate and long contract length.**
**Your Role**:
You will be responsible for leading Agile solutions, coaching various teams and wider associates to come along on the Agile transformation journey and adapt your approach to the agile maturity of several teams.

**Your Duties and Background**:

- You will assist the Product Owner and Dev teams in conducting & optimising the release pipeline
- You will engage in the SAFe practice to develop & maintain backlog to be delivered by the team
- You will manage/facilitate the input of all Features & Stories into Jira, Confluence & MS Teams
- You will Identify, record & manage the risks, dependencies & issues identified within the team
- You will promote the continuous improvement of product & internal teams and the environment using key agile principles & Scrum ceremonies.
- You Will manage the Feature Budgets within the team backlog (inc forecasting)

**Your Desirable Criteria**:

- 5 years + Scrum Master / Iteration Manager
- Experience in a large-scale organisation with a changing environment
- CSM Certification
- Confident in ability to work autonomously using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Desirable prior experience in Telecommunications (Telco)
