Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will monitor and enhance the overall performance of the Health and Branch Network, through analysing key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, forecasting business trends and recommending strategies to drive operational efficiency, productive and commercial outcomes. You will devise business plans, in partnership with the Health Strategy Manager, using relevant data and analytics, to assist in the growth and improved performance of the Health and Branch Network. You will develop key performance Indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. This will include projects focused on increasing revenue and optimizing costs and resource utilisation.

Additionally, you will lead the interrogation and analysis of performance information with the finance team to identify performance challenges, risks and improvement opportunities and provide insights to the senior leadership team to support data-driven decision-making. You will engage effectively across the business to educate internal stakeholders around understanding business needs, gathering performance data, and fostering a performance-driven culture.

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrated experience in Business Analyst, Finance Business Partner or similar in regulatory environments. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience across business performance management and/or business analytics. This will include developing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and a proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and cost reduction initiatives. You will be proficient in using technology to support strategic planning and analysis. Experience across the private health insurance industry would be highly regarded but not essential. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economic or related degree would be highly regarded.

You will have strong business acumen, deep analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actional insights. You are known for your interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to confidently present innovative and complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders. Importantly you have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships across different levels of an organization.
