**About the Role**:

- **Immediate Start** - Hit the ground running
- **Day Shifts** - Monday to Friday + Saturdays as needed
- **Long-Term Project** - 12+ month project
- **Supportive Environment** - We’re with you every step of the way

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General civil labouring duties
- Using hand tools and assisting with site setup
- Spotting and working safely around plant and machinery
- Roller operation (if ticketed)
- Following instructions and working well in a team or independently

**Tickets and experience**:

- **White Card** (Construction Induction)
- **Minimum 6 months** experience in civil construction
- **Driver’s Licence** and **reliable transport**:

- **Full Australian working rights**:

- **RII Roller ticket** - a bonus, but not essential
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
