Do you love helping women feel strong, supported, and just a little bit fearless?

We're launching a brand-new aerial class designed for women who are ready to move, laugh, and reconnect with their confidence and we’re looking for a warm, encouraging coach to lead it.

This isn’t your typical gym class.
There are no mirrors. No egos. No pressure.
Just laughter, connection, and women learning to lift themselves(literally).

You don’t need to be an aerial expert (we’ll train you). But if you’ve got a background in Pilates, yoga, dance, or fitness and a love for supporting women as they try something new, you’ll fit right in.

- You’re confident leading a class but grounded enough to make everyone feel welcome
- You know how to modify and encourage and not push or intimidate
- You can make a group of nervous beginners feel safe, seen, and celebrated
- You’re available for morning, evening, or weekend classes
- You want to be part of something meaningful and fun

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Teaching beginner-level aerial classes (silks and lyra)
- Creating a supportive, fun space where women feel safe to try, fail, and try again
- Learning our aerial progression system (we’ll train you)
- Encouraging those who join us to come back each week feeling a little braver than the last

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 18/08/2025
