**About the role**

An exciting, newly created opportunity for multiple experienced Crushing Supervisors to join the businesses CSI operations on a 2|2 FIFO roster from Perth.

In this position you’ll:

- Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance of plant and equipment
- Manage responses to breakdown activities ensuring plant is returned to an operational status as efficiently as possible
- Participate in failure analysis to identify the root cause of failures and associated improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure preventative strategies deliver high levels of reliability for mechanical equipment
- Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service

**Necessary skills and qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3+ years in a similar supervisory role within a processing environment
- Demonstrated experience managing large on-site teams
- A focus on effective safety and environmental practices
