Who We Are:
Durk’s Café + Eatery is more than just a spot to grab your morning caffeine fix-we’re a community hubwhere everyone’s welcome, the vibe is always warm, and the coffee is consistently on point. We’re searching for a Barista who can whip up incredible drinks and serve them with a smile that makes our customers feel right at home.

Who You Are:
You’re a coffee lover through and through, and you know that being a Barista is more than just making drinks-it’s about creating moments. You bring good energy to every shift, you’re quick on your feet, and you know how to make each customer feel like a regular, even if it’s their first time visiting.

What you’ll do:

- Craft consistently great coffee with a focus on quality and speed.
- Engage with customers, taking orders with a smile and a personal touch.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and ready for the next rush.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth, efficient service.
- Bring positive vibes to the café, whether it’s a busy morning or a chill afternoon.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience as a Barista is a plus, but if you’re a quick learner with a passion for coffee, we want to hear from you
- A genuine love for working with people and making their day a little brighter.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure during the morning coffee rush.
- A team player attitude-supporting your mates is what you’re all about.
- Willingness to learn and growwithin our café environment.
