**Hourly Rate**: AU32.31−AU36.00 per hour (based on experience, paid under the Cleaning Services Award 2010 - Level 1 Casual)

**Expected Hours**: 15 - 30+ hours per week (daytime shifts, Monday - Friday)

Amos Cares Home Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate **Casual Cleaning Professionals** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality cleaning services in clients' homes following established checklists and standards.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within allocated timeframes.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and management.
- Travel independently to various client locations within the designated service areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use eco-friendly cleaning products responsibly.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but a keen eye for detail and a professional, positive attitude are most important.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- **Valid Australian driver's licence and access to your own reliable vehicle** (essential for travel between jobs).
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Yellow Card (or already possess them).
- A caring and compassionate approach to client service.
