**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Conduct Innovative Research**:Produce high-quality research in scleroderma spectrum skin disease, contributing to publications and presenting at conferences.
- **Secure Research Funding**:Prepare and submit research proposals to external funding bodies to support your independent research.
- **Collaborate and Lead**:Participate in research teams, contribute to project management, and establish networks with national and international leaders in the field.
- **Mentor and Supervise**:Support honours, PhD, master's, or graduate researchers, fostering the next generation of scientists in the field.

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are an early career researcher with a PhD in biomedical or health research, demonstrating a strong track record in scleroderma research and a commitment to collaborative, innovative approaches.

**You may also**:

- Possess excellent research and writing skills, with a track record of published research.
