**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Project Co-ordinator to join our team in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the General Manager - NSW, you will be responsible for co ordinating projects that are to be sent to the ATS India 2D/3D Team. You will use relationship management and commercial awareness to liaise with customers to ensure for efficient and timely delivery of goods and services with a view to generate sales and maximum margins.

Ancillary to this, the Infrastructure Project Coordinator will be required to interpret customers approved specifications, structural and architectural drawings and produce works schedules ready for manufacture and delivery.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

- Liaise between Customers and the ATS 2D/3D Team in India to ensure all information and documentation is updated and current.
- Maintain clear communication with the ATS 2D/3D team in India, to ensure they are working to maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings with the ATS 2D/3D team, providing customer feedback and addressing any issues
- Coordinate weekly model review meeting with the customer and modelling team
- Resolve problematic and contradictory drawings and details with sites, engineers, and other consultants.
- Manage all day-to-day issues associated with the supply of reinforcement to the project and ensuring client requirements deliverables are met.
- Proactively manage project issues, risks, and opportunities in consultation with the client and other key stakeholders
- Provide a customer focused service to support all aspects of the business which demonstrates that customer satisfaction is paramount
- Optimise and improve processes where necessary to meet project deadlines

To Be Successful
- Possess practical and structural knowledge of products and services within the construction and building industry
- Have an excellent knowledge of Australian codes in particular AS3600 & AS5100 and understand the importance of the code as a tool for scheduling, detailing and decision making
- Have a sound working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Aconex and Revit Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes
- Civil/Structural Engineering degree
- Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to make sound judgments based on Australian standards, factory limitations etc. to sort out urgent issues with models and/or schedules
- Attention to detail
- Customer orientated, capable of liaising with internal staff and customers in professional and pleasant manner and coordinate with foreign team in India
