Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately (POS system knowledge preferred).
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring ILZA quality standards.
- Handle takeaway and delivery orders (Square / delivery apps).
- Coffee & Drinks
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including specialty lattes and matcha.
- Assist baristas with basic coffee-making and cleaning duties.
- General Operations
- Assist kitchen and bar staff when needed (running food, light prep).
- Keep the café tidy and presentable at all times (tables, floor, counters).
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team Support
- Communicate clearly with team members during service.
- Be flexible to assist where needed (front of house, drinks, light kitchen support).

급여: $24.95 - $25.00 시급
