**Job description - Café and Bar All-rounder**

To be considered for this role, the applicant must have:

- Ability to cook light meals using combi-oven, deep fryer and grill
- Ability to make sandwiches and basic food prep
- Ability to serve Barista made coffee or willingness to learn
- Basic bar knowledge such as pulling tap beer is ideal or willingness to learn
- No issues lifting/ moving heavy objects approx. 15kg (receiving stock)
- RSA and RCG is essential
- Own transport would be ideal as public transport is limited in this area
- Australian working rights

A typical day may involve duties such as:

- Actively serving customers in the Bar/ Cafe
- Organising food prep for smooth trade throughout the day
- Making fresh sandwiches, wraps and rolls for daily trade
- Cleaning and maintaining tidy work area inclusive of crockery, cutlery and glassware
- Stock replenishment - refill fridges and display for bar and café
- Balancing tills at the end of shift
- Receiving and rotating stock for Café and Bar (FIFO)
- Ad hoc duties as directed by manager

Training is provided with a 3-month probationary period.

**Salary**: depending on age and experience.

Adult base rate $24.98 plus 25% casual loading with weekend/ PH rates where applicable.
