** Your new role**

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced **Food Services Manager** to lead our Food & Nutrition team across multiple residential aged care homes. This strategic role oversees operations from our Central Production Unit, ensuring nutritious, appealing meals are delivered with care and respect.

**Your responsibilities and duties will include the below**:

- Lead a consumer-focused food service that reflects Wintringham’s values of dignity and choice.
- Oversee cook-chill production, menu planning, and compliance with IDDSI and food safety standards.
- Engage residents in menu design and dining experience improvements.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and supplier relationships.
- Supervise and support staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through audits, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide input on kitchen design and equipment planning.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multi-site food service leadership role.
- Accredited Food Supervisor certification and cookery/catering qualifications.
- Strong financial, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability in consumer engagement, staff supervision, and training delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
