**Your new role**
As a Payroll and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Processing fortnightly payroll using FASTTRACK Accounting package
- Ensuring compliance with tax, superannuation, and award requirements
- Managing payroll queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Completing monthly superannuation and Work Cover returns
- Compiling payroll summary reports
- Completing end of month reconciliation
- Providing administrative support to the Finance team
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and proactive attitude
