Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of 6 forklift drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of our warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback.
- Valid forklift license and a thorough understanding of forklift operation and safety regulations.
