**Hourly Rate**: $32 - $38 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Forklift Driver/Labourer to join our team at our Carole Park, Ipswich location. As a Forklift Driver/Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and contributing to the overall success of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility
- Perform general labour duties as needed, including but not limited to manual lifting, sorting, and organizing
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Rigging and hand wiring

**Qualifications**:

- Valid forklift license and demonstrated experience in forklift operation
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work either the 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM shift

**Shifts and Compensation**:

- Two shifts available: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Hourly rate: $32 - $38 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
