We are on the lookout for energetic Junior Casual Crew Members to join Potato Corner store at Macquarie Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international fast food brand.

In Australia, Potato Corner first hit our shores in 2014. With high growth potential and exciting opportunities for immediate expansion ahead, we are looking for people who will share in our vision to bring our unique flavoured fries to all parts of Australia.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily management of store operations, leading our team to provide the best experience to our customers
- Provide training for new employees
- Respond to & take remedial action on all customer complaints
- Implement & maintain upselling strategies to achieve KPI targets
- Keep abreast of & maintain required health and safety standards
- Thinking outside the box
- Putting together weekly roster (if needed)
- Overseeing, managing & resolving staffing issues
- Ability to attract customers through marketing campaigns/social media outlets.
- Ability to eliminate wastage (water, electricity, food etc)
- Understanding of wages and Cost of Goods Sale (COGS) percentages

**What are we looking for?**
- Leadership experience in the retail or fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- A passion for running restaurants brilliantly - serving up high quality food and making every customer feel welcome.
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, know how to talk and help people to work better
- Solid understanding of wastage, labour and team building
- Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
- Can work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Full-time Australian working rights
- Happy to work days, nights or weekends
- Punctual and reliable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term

**Salary**: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
