**About the role**

In this role, you will deliver a high level of customer service with regards to Accounts Payable, Asset Managements and general administration functions within the Finance team including **VIM Workflow management, reviewing invoice coding, directing in approval workflow, and managing Capex and Opex purchases.**

**To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised and dedicated administrative professional.** **Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the time management skills.**

You will also demonstrate the following:
**Essential**
- Accounting qualifications.
- **Understanding of GL accounts, cost centres and coding procedures.**:

- Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks in a timely manner, with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for continued learning and improvement.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

**Desirable**
- **Knowledge of SAP computerised accounting system.**:

- Understanding of integrated computer systems.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- **Experience and understanding of Asset and Capital Management procedures with control of company assets.**

**Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $36.39 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.**
