**About Us**

At Falafel Almina, we pride ourselves on all things Lebanese food and have been operating for many years in Melbourne's North. We are passionate about providing an authentic Lebanese breakfast and dinner experience and aim to provide our customers top quality service. We offer both dine in and take away options, trading at high volume. We are looking for a dedicated waiting to help throughout the month of Ramadan which is our busiest time of the year. As such we have now extended our trading hours and offer a Ramadan Iftar (dinner) and Suhoor (breakfast) menu which includes Lebanese pies and Shawarma. We have recently introduced coffee to our beverage menu and hope to serve coffee throughout our opening trading hours. As part of your role you will be required to work both independently and alongside our friendly team to provide quality service to our customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greet Customers upon Entry
- Present and explain menu and daily specials
- Take orders and relay to kitchen staff
- POS and Money Handling
- Customer Service
- Serve customers their orders and provide assistance when required
- Clear tables
- Cleaning and sanitisation

Experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
