La Casa Cleans is looking to hire a cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, which reports to our crew lead, you will clean homes and build client relationships.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Completing cleaning duties according to the provided checklists (e.g., wiping / dustings surfaces, emptying bin’s, floor vacuuming and mopping, clean according to type of clean i.e. standard or deep clean)
- Managing a particular area of the client’s home and ensuring a high level of quality
- Working with mínimal supervision
- Assessing a client’s home, prioritising tasks, and using good judgment to customise the appointment per client’s wishes
- Building positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect
- Complying with proper safety policies and cleaning procedures
- Transporting all equipment and supplies from each visit
- Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management

Taking the initiative to delight our clients wherever possible

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Able to stand, kneel, and climb stairs
- Good at organizing and solving problems
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Can work both independently and as part of a team environment
- Can communicate well with others
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- The use of a personal vacuum and wet mop required. This equipment is not supplied but a starter kit with products will be.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
