Due to continued growth and market demand, we seek Trainee Automotive Fitters to join our team at the **Wollongong Branch**. We believe in investing in our employees, and this traineeship is a testament to that.

**Opportunity**: This is a full-time traineeship opportunity with no minimum progression time required. Prove yourself and be rewarded quickly You will work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in a supportive environment with a renewed focus on learning and culture. Once you have become a qualified fitter, we will provide you with a Cert III Qualification at no cost. This is a rare opportunity to start from scratch and build a genuine career.

You will receive uniforms, windscreen-specific tools, and penalty rates for any overtime. Qualified Fitter Level includes a fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card. You will get to work on various cars, including luxury vehicles.

**Requirements**: To be a good fit for this role, you should have the following qualities:

- **Attention to detail**: Focusing on small details is essential.
- **Mechanically minded**: Interest and passion for automobiles is preferred.
- **Strong learning aptitude**: Willingness to learn and acquire new skills is essential.
- **Ability to troubleshoot/think independently**: The role requires problem-solving skills.
- **Ability to use power tools**: Basic knowledge of using power tools is essential.
- **Positive mindset and suitable for culture**: We value a positive attitude and being a good team player.
- **Physically fit**: The role requires physical activity.
- **Driver's license**: A manual license is preferred.

Pay: Up to $950.00 per week
