The Role
We support individuals to pursue their interests, achieve their lifestyle goals, develop new skills and be valued as equal citizens in the community.
Your role may involve providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including personal care, hoisting, meals, assistance with household tasks and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.

About You
If you are passionate about supporting people to manage their own lifestyles and live the life they choose, we would like to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you will need:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid training
- Manual Handling training (or willing to obtain)
- Police check
- Access to a car and driver’s license
- A positive, reliable, empathetic approach to support people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation evidence required
- Demonstrated, proven experience working with individuals who may have complex support needs in different environments
- Positive and willing attitude
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Friendly and engaging manner
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts

How to Apply
