Front of House Supervisor

**Front of House Supervisor**:

We are a charming French bistro nestled in Bon Beach, Melbourne, and we're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced **Front of House Supervisor** to join our team. This exciting role spans both our bistro and deli sections, offering variety and the chance to truly make your mark.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in hospitality, including supervisory roles.
- Expertise in full restaurant service, including table and counter service.
- A passion for wine, with strong knowledge and the opportunity for full input into our wine list.
- Skills in cocktail creation and preparation.
- Some experience with coffee making is an advantage.
- A proactive and team-focused attitude, with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
