Our Applications Managed Services team help our clients create more value for. their business and improve efficiency through IT Systems. Our services are highly industrialized, underpinned by robust SLAs, based on industry-standard best practices, and delivered by a cost-effective mix of onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources. We're about more than 'keeping the lights on for. less' - we provide a commitment to continuous improvement and value generation.

**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:

- Perform all test management activities including test planning, writing of test cases and test scripts, defect logging and tracking, and creation of effective test data
- Perform all aspects of test verification activities including system/ integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, UI testing & production verification testing
- Provide test status reports covering test coverage and test results
- Detect, log and report program bugs and glitches and assist in troubleshooting error
- Capture logs & analyze for troubleshooting issues and defects
- Co-ordination between Offshore & Onshore teams

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:

- Experience in Salesforce support including incident management, user management, workflows and assignment rules
- Experience in Salesforce Webservice testing using REST/SOAP integration tool
- Experience on salesforce service cloud and sales cloud module
- Demonstrated ability to translate functional requirements and business requirements specifications into Test cases so that testing can occur early
- Experience on data migration using the tool apex/ informatica data loader
- Experience on Understanding of SF Marketing, Sales and Service Cloud
- Test management tool experience JIRA / Test Rail
- Experience in writing test cases & test execution for Standard objects
- Must have excellent Communication skills with the ability to work independently
