For a Safety and Rehabilitation Officer to join the team at IntoWork Australia. Located in the Parramatta office, you will be joining a highly experienced team of Safety Officers to assist the whole company nationally for all safety claims that come through.

The Company

IntoWork has expanded into a Group of 13 companies incorporating training, recruitment, community and corporate solutions to a diverse range of industries and stakeholders. We do the important role of addressing skill and workforce shortages on behalf of the Government, whilst providing other services directly with employers, industry and individuals on a fee for service basis.

The Role:
The role is working with the safety team to implement effective implementation of health and safety systems, injury and claims management and rehabilitation services across IntoWork businesses.
- 12 months in a similar role -experience in WorkCover claims management, workplace rehabilitation and return to work planning (essential)
- Certificate IV in Health and Safety (preferable)
- Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certification for the relevant state
- Experience with health and safety legislation and worker’s compensation systems in multiple jurisdictions is highly desirable.
