We’re a growing modular home manufacturer based on the Gold Coast, building high-end homes from steel shipping containers. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our build crew. You don’t need to be a qualified welder or chippy — but you do need to know your way around tools and be willing to learn.

**About the Role**

This is a broad, practical role for someone who wants steady work, variety in tasks, and the chance to learn new skills. Tasks will include:

- Assisting with cutting and installing doors/windows into steel frames
- Helping with carpentry tasks like fit-off, flooring, and framing
- Learning basic welding and fabrication (we’ll train you on the job)
- General factory and build-site tasks as needed

**What We’re Looking For**

- Willing to learn welding and other tasks as part of the role
- Not afraid to get stuck in and do what needs doing

**We Offer**

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
