Clinic Rooms for Rent - Maroubra

We have recently opened a new acupuncture and allied health clinic in Maroubra. Our current team includes acupuncturists, physiotherapist, and massage therapists.

Conveniently located on busy Anzac Parade—close to a pathology collection centre and shopping centre—the clinic offers easy access with free street parking and a nearby council car park.

We are inviting experienced natural health practitioners with an existing client base to join our friendly, professional space.

Facilities include:

- Two private consultation/treatment rooms (approx. 9 sqm each)
- Four curtained treatment cubicles
- Massage table and towels provided
- HICAPS and Wi-Fi available
- Ducted air-conditioning throughout
- Staff kitchen and internal toilet
- Separate wheelchair-accessible toilet
- Client waiting area with filtered water
- Street-facing reception desk with natural light through full-height windows
- Computer with 27-inch monitor available for use

Room rental:

- $45 + GST per half day
- $85 + GST per full day

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Contract

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year

Schedule:

- Shift work
