Position Summary
- Must have experience in practicing Business Driven Development technique
- Analyze the requirements for implementing them using Guidewire either by using Out-of-the-Box solutions in Guidewire platform or providing custom solutions
- Participates in business workshops and provides solutions on technical changes
- Provide solutions of Guidewire OOTB vs Customization components
- Estimates the work effort and review the effort from the team
- Handling multiple stages of the project development from Estimation, design and Development
- Provide technical analysis support to Business analysts during requirement phase and testing team during system testing and stabilization.
- Requirement analysis and technical low-level design
- Sync up and collaboration within business SME, POD members, with BA and QA for the stories and epics assigned to the POD.

Mandatory Skills:

- IT experience of 18+ Years with Guidewire experience of at least 10+ years
- Expert knowledge and 10+ years on P & C Insurance domain
- Insurance Domain Certification like AINS / FIII / CPU
- Excellent analytical / communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Backlog grooming in collaboration with PO/SME
- Collaborate with PO/SME to prioritize cards.
- Elaborate requirement.
- Drive requirement gathering workshops.
- Drive business solutioning workshops.
- Provide Solutions on Guidewire OOTB vs Customization
- Configure Advanced Product Designer (APD) and provide solutions
- Set business processes, guidelines, frameworks.
- Act as a single point of contact for business analysis track
- Guide the delivery team during development
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and work with Scrum Master to remove blockers.
- Review developed user stories.
- Demonstrate work results to the Product Owner and other Stakeholders.
- Organize sessions with SMEs to gather the transformation and other business rules.
- Other responsibilities as directed by QBE from time to time.

Qualifications & Certifications:

- Minimum B.E or B.Tech or MCA
- Insurance Domain Certification like AINS 21/22/23
