Cafe All Rounder/ Food Service Assistant

Blacktown, Australia Soul Origin Full time

**Soul Origin Blacktown is looking for Cafe All-rounders to join our team. You must be fast on your feet, able to multitask, have great customer service and work well in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work a rotating roster that may include some weekends.**

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Giving our Soul Origin customers an excellent customer service experience.
- Assisting customers with any questions or queries.
- General cleaning duties.

**To be considered you’ll have**:

- An approachable demeanor and good communication skills
- Be outgoing and have a friendly personality
- You must have positive attitude, good work ethic, be a team player, have good communication skills and willing to assist in all necessary daily shop duties
- Have a passion for hospitality, food, coffee and customer service
- Experience working in a fast paced environment & able to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- A flexible approach to work - at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
- Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience
- Have Australian work rights (valid for at least 12 months)

Pay range indicated is a guide, we use the Fast Food Industry Award to determine appropriate pay rates.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.38 - $30.91 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
