**About the role**

**About you**

You have experience in the provision of support services including either learning, disability, and or wellbeing and can triage, prioritise and meet tight timeframes whilst maintaining composure. You are an expert communicator with the ability to build a rapid rapport with people. You have a proactive approach to your work, a demonstrated ability to be a ‘quick thinker’ and capacity to work well under pressure.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Relevant further education qualifications (e.g. Education, Social and Community Welfare, Counselling, or Case Management)
- Mental Health First Aid and/or ASIST certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience in the provision of support services (e.g. learning, disability, and/or wellbeing)

**Mandatory requirements**
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)Current Driver’s Licence
