This leading Insurance company is looking for an experienced Injury Coder to join their CTP Injury Coding team in Adelaide. **Your new role**
- Review, analyse, interpret and accurately input injury code CTP claims using the AIS2008 or AIS2015 in accordance with legislative requirements
- Provide accurate rehabilitation screening of all new CTP claims
- Maintain a high level of personal commitment by enthusiastically providing service and support to all relevant parties
- Drive customer focus and opportunities for improvement by ensuring injury coding, as part of the claims cycle, is managed and actioned effectively and appropriately
- Develop solutions and courses of action by identifying key issues and determining cause-effect relationships.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Injury or Clinical Coding experience
- Bachelor of Health Science (Majoring in Health Information Management), allied health qualification or other relevant qualifications
- Hold Qualification in AIS 2008 or AIS 2015 or are willing to obtain the qualification
- Excellent analytical skills
- Problem-solving and excellent attention to detail skills
