Supporting our strong network of Centre Leadership teams across Australia is an ever-growing and evolving Support Office located in Murarrie, Brisbane.
To support our growth journey, we’re looking for a masterful marketer to report to our Head of Marketing as the Videographer. In this brand-new role, you will be tasked with capturing the life of our amazing teams, children, families, centres and culture across all sites in Australia via professional photography and videography for use across digital platforms and physical collateral. From planning a variety of collaborative shoots for different purposes and tones, to working with a variety of people to showcase everything that Green Leaves’ is, no day is the same.
**Day-to-day, you can**:
In conjunction with the strategic needs of Marketing, plan a wide variety of shoots which capture photo / video content for use across the entire marketing mix and business
Shoot for a wide variety of outputs from 5-30 seconds for paid digital, 30-90 seconds for organic social platforms and websites, and longer for corporate videos or commercials (for e.g. cinema)
Shoot for a wide variety of purposes and tones, from on-brand and corporate, and endearing and heartfelt, to planned vs in-the-moment, and hook-driven and trending (for e.g. paid digital, reels and TikTok)
Event shooting, including multi-camera set-up, fixed and roaming, audio capture, audio feeds, sounds desks, and third-party collaborations
Shoots with gimbals, timelapse, hyperlapse as well iPhone content etc.
Shoots for training videos (for e.g. audio, narration, b-roll / overlay, instruction, demonstration for use in eLearn platforms)
Work with a wide variety of lay talent who need real-time direction and support to shine and make on-the-fly changes to achieve shoot results

**Ideally, we’d love you to hold**:
Bachelor degree in Creative Industries or similar and at least 5-7 years working in a similar role
Proven experience as a seasoned photographer, videographer, editor and storyteller
Expert level experience in Adobe Creative Suits, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects (Motion Graphics), and with AV equipment: use, preparation, care and storage, as well as data back-up, storage and wrangling
The ability to shoot for the edit
A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to edit all shoots, from photo enhancement to all forms of video edits and effects
Availability for after-hours, evening and weekend work, plus ad hoc travel across Australia, up to an equivalent of two weeks per month. Some occasional overseas travel may be required
A Blue Card and passport to travel overseas
A valid drivers licence and own vehicle for use
Exceptional people person who can relate to all ages and personalities to build rapport, and create a comfortable and conducive shoot capture environment
Strong attention to detail, very organised and independent
A good, kind, genuine human being who loves to kick goals in a fast-paced team and have a heap of fun along the way.
