**About the Role**

Due to amazingly high levels of growth; an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will conduct end to end HR activities across multiple NEPEAN businesses. The role offered is a full time position.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Assist hiring managers in decision making
- Support HR Matters such as Employee Relations
- HR Administration
- Department Reporting

This role is perfect for an external recruiter looking to gain internal HR experience, or an experience HR Advisor looking for their next step. The role allows you to become an integral part of the team that values your contributions and offers room for growth.

- Prior experience in recruitment and on-boarding.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
