As Showroom 2IC you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Showroom Manager in overseeing the front-of-house sale and daily showroom operations.

Skills and attributes required:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a Assistant Manager or 2IC sales/retail role
- Experience in supervising a high activity sales showroom
- Proven history achieving sales targets and KPI’s
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team
- Effective planning and organisational skills
- High levels of energy, a mature approach, lead by example and be self-driven
- Appreciation and understanding of quality design and high attention to detail
- Impeccable presentation and excellent communication skills
