Soccer Coach

Position - Soccer Coach

Hours: 8 hours per week
Schedule:

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 5 PM - 7 PM (Training Sessions)
- Saturday: 2 hours (Match Day)

Location: Noarlunga United Soccer Club, Morphett Vale, SA

Compensation: $35 - $80 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum UEFA C or AFC C Licence, or experience playing at a professional level.
- Confident and passionate about soccer.
- Positive coaching methodology tailored for young, talented players.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions.
- Learn the SBD methodology
- Develop and implement coaching plans tailored to individual and team needs.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to players.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment.

Qualifications:

- UEFA C or AFC C Licence, or equivalent professional playing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate young players.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
