Inspirations Paint is Australia’s leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams.

The Inspirations Paint store at Loganlea is looking for an enthusiastic Delivery Driver/Paint Sales Assistant.

We are offering a casual role, with 15-25 hours rostered per week, suited for junior/school leaver.

This position is available for immediate start and will include ongoing industry leading training, award wages and a uniform. Store hours are between 6:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8:30am to 11:00am. The store is not open on Sundays or public holidays.

As the paint industry is a specialised industry, we will provide the relevant training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to undertake the role.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Deliver and unload orders to customers on assigned routes efficiently ensuring the Company meets customer needs
- Maintain and manage deliveries to the store and unload orders promptly and safely, accurately goods receipting and storing those appropriately
- Pack and load products in the Company vehicle according to the company’s specifications
- Maintain ongoing communication with the store and customers regarding deliveries
- Practice safe and correct manual handling
- Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping
- Ensuring Workplace Health & Safety requirements are met
- Tinting and mixing paint
- Providing exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers
- This role involves frequent heavy lifting and carrying, and some lifting over 23kgs

- Able to contribute and work in a team environment
- A willingness to learn and continually improve
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to load and unload with safety guidelines
- Current valid drivers licence is essential
