australia perth contract negotiableTo support our clients’ continuous growth and demand across major Energy sector projects, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Analyst to work as part of a high-performing team. You will support and deliver a global payroll function to employees and have the opportunity to work within a dedicated and close knit team in helping redefine and deliver a global payroll centre of excellence.

**This role is being offered as an initial 12-month ‘day rate’ Contract assignment. You will be based in modern high-rise Perth CBD offices that fully support remote and flexible hybrid Working from Home arrangements.**

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Transacting day-to-day payroll activities to ensure accurate data is processed and maintained.
- Delivery in accordance with the monthly timetable so that all payroll activities are conducted according to company and legislative guidelines to ensure timely, accurate and efficient delivery to the business.
- Provide support to the payroll process.
- Resolution of queries and issues raised by the business, escalating to Senior Payroll Analyst as appropriate.

As an experienced Payroll person, you must demonstrate the following experience running end-to-end payroll functions:

- Experience with larger organisations and Global payroll function for up to 5000 people per month.
- Experience in payroll (ideally a minimum 2+ years or more)
- Experience in SAP or EC/ECP highly desirable, or other large ERP (e.g. Oracle)
- Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible and able to address multiple issues simultaneously and see tasks through to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Ability to manage a high workload and determine outcomes without supervision.
- Enthusiastic team player
- Good analytical skills
