We are a privately run Early Learning Centre located in Success, where nature and the natural environment is our classroom for children with weekly nature walks in the nature parks that surround us. Our educator's design, implement and evaluate programs that are innovative and contemporary, based on current research. We are a professional team of teachers and educators and are seeking an Assistant Director that shares our Pedagogy and Core Values. We are looking for a leader to join our team that strives to achieve a solution-based approach to our practices, resulting in a positive culture where we can critically reflect, problem solve, and collaborate on solutions that promote best outcomes for children, families, and educators. Assistant Centre Manager/Administration Assistant
- Experience in Assistant Director/Admin role ideal
- Leadership qualities essential Empathy, Passion, Self-aware, Collaborative and Gratitude
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft Suite
- Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
- Diploma Qualified or higher essential
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- A friendly and energetic demeanour
- You will play a key role in helping and supporting families. You always give that extra 10%.
- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional smile
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
- From enquiries and tours, to managing the waitlist to ensure families are able to be welcomed to our Services as soon as possible
- Facilitate the process using CCS software XPLOR, always able to support families with their accounts and Family Assistance benefits
- Your excellent planning and organisation skills guarantee your manager and team are always organised and tasks, reports and compliance checks are always scheduled and delivered upon
