Lancemore Macedon Ranges is currently seeking a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join our Kitchen team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Basic and varied Kitchen Duties and General Cleaning.
- Ensuring food preparation areas, dish washing areas, food storage areas and waste disposal areas are clean, organised and hygienic.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in a similar role in a restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded but not essential
- An understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
- Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights and weekends
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision/direction to complete assigned tasks
- Initiative and be a team player
- Good personal presentation
- Self-motivation, can-do attitude
