**The roles**

We have 3 roles available in our team, with work based in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney.

**Piling Operator**: Responsible for operating and maintaining piling rigs and CFA equipment, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.

**Piling Supervisor**: Responsible for supervising and coordinating piling operations, including equipment set-up and breakdown, ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

**Piling Offsider**: Responsible for assisting the Piling Operator with equipment set-up and breakdown, ensuring work areas are prepared for piling operations.

**What else are we looking for**

As well as the requirements above, you'll need:

- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required
- Willingness to contribute to development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and to educate others on these systems
- Great communication skills, with an ability to talk to clients
- Calm and composed nature, down to earth attitude
- Positive person with a flexible attitude who enjoys being part of a team
- Reasonable commute distance
