Tenax Parks, a newly acquired business in the heart of Dalby, Queensland, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Park Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our guests, blending the charm of our location with top-notch customer service.
**Role**:
As the Park Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for overseeing and actively participating in the day-to-day running of the park. Your duties will include assisting customers, managing staff and facilities, and implementing strategies to improve revenue and profitability while ensuring our park runs smoothly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, the Park Manager must be hospitality focused and possess exceptional communication and administrative skills. We are seeking a strong business leader, with the ability to manage effectively and autonomously.

**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in hospitality, park management, or a similar role is preferred
- Experience in managing and administrative duties
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong computer skills
- A proactive and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously
**Renumeration**:
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
