**The Job**
- Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
- Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
- Business develop - sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

**The Right Person**
- Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
- Team player
- Ability to help customers from all walks of life
- Excellent communications skills
- Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong digital and administration skills
- Positive and energetic attitude a must
- Current drivers license
