Richardson & Wrench is a leading real estate company since 1878 known for its commitment to excellence in real estate and customer service. We are looking for a Leasing Executive who shares our passion for delivering outstanding leasing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- List rental properties.
- Acquire and manage new and existing clients.
- Assist landlord/investors in finding qualified tenants.
- Assist prospective tenants in finding their next home.
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features.
- Qualify and screen potential tenants.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords/investors.
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Previous experience in residential leasing preferred.
- Proven past track record in a customer service and sales orientated role.
- Real estate license is required.

Pay: $47,368.85 - $80,167.89 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
