Dispatch Assistant

We are seeking applicants to help build an exceptional Dispatch Team who can operate in a Omnichannel business servicing online customers and occasionally in-store. Located in Southport, QLD we are seeking a casual team member who are fun and vibrant to join our existing team. Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, you will provide excellent customer service and be passionate in a variety of roles that exist whilst maintaining an energetic work environment.

To be successful you will have:

- A willingness to learn and ‘can do’ approach
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Previous experience in online order fulfilment is an advantage
- Good availability and reliability

Duties and responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed daily on-line orders incl. picking and packing functions
- Scan in new and replenishments stock
- Stock management/Stocktake
- Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster as well as public holidays
- Team work

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.34 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 38 per week
